The manufacturer, importer or wholesaler sticks a unique Inatum code on each box. The patient or pharmacist scans it with their phone camera, without installing an app.
From their Inatum Health space, they create a batch (product, batch number, expiry date), generate thousands of unique, unguessable codes and print the labels: a QR code, plus an optional scratch-off code.
An Inatum page opens and gives the answer in a second. A button lets them report a suspicious product.
SMS alert when a code is verified several times, reports to handle, one-click batch recall: the recall shows at scan time and can be sent by SMS.
A copied code is detected from the second scan. The scratch-off code prevents copying a box still on the shelf. Reports help Inatum Trust track down the sites selling these counterfeits.
Only products marked by Inatum can be verified. The first person to scan a copied code still sees "authentic": the scratch-off code greatly reduces this risk.
SMS verification for basic phones: the patient sends the scratched code to a short number and gets the answer.
Your doctors see your own patients remotely: the consultation remains your clinic's, Inatum provides the tool.
Your appointment page: the patient picks a slot and confirms their number with an SMS code. SMS reminder the day before and one hour before.
A private room on our servers, opened from a simple SMS link, with no app. If the connection is weak, the consultation switches to audio only.
The doctor writes consultation notes, encrypted and visible only to the clinic and the patient. It is neither a medical record nor an automated diagnosis.
